Any purchase from Koch and Company may be returned unused in original condition by contacting by phone if not satisfied within 48 hours. 502-618-4069. A complete refund of purchase price will be returned upon receipt of materials in original condition. All postage and shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The customer is solely responsible for and accepts liability for all return shipping and insurance charges applicable to the returned shipment. All returns, when authorized, must be returned in it's original packaging and shipped by customer utilizing a major carrier. If your work or item is damaged in shipping, Koch and Company will help you with the process of the shipping agency.
