Returns & Replacements
You may return most new itemsand fulfilled within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in the original condition. Returns are usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. If damage happens while in the "hands" of the shipping agent, we will help you file a claim. Artwork & framingwill be insured with the shipper (USPS or UPS)before it leaves our facility. Sincemost of our artwork is original, it is up to the specific artist if another artwork can be created.

Are orders will be processed the in 1-2 business days and if we have questions, our staff will contact you directly.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Koch and Company accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards. Payment from your checking account, cashiers check, or money orders will be help up to 10 days for funds to clear before the item is shipped.

Promotions or coupons that are specifically created by Koch and Company will be given at the time of purchase. Using other coupons like Living Social, Groupon and others will be processed by our staff over the phone only.
Viewing Orders
The Manage Orders feature helps you see your orders placed on your website by customers using our checkout, view details on a selected order, such as the product, buyer, or shipping information, print a packing slip and a shipping label for an order, confirm shipments, cancel orders, and issue refunds
Updating Account Information
You can add, delete, or update the payment methods stored on your Koch and Company account in the Payment section of Your Account. Making a change to your credit card or other payment information in Your Account will modify the payment options available for future orders.
